I treat a variety of different conditions using a combination of Chiropractic and massage therapy.

Conditions I Treat

Neck Pain

Neck Pain

Neck pain is very common and often ranges from mild stiffness to more persistent discomfort. While it can feel worrying, it’s rarely linked to anything serious. In most cases, the cause is muscle tension, minor strains, or facet joint irritation.

Sciatica

Sciatica

Sciatica can be caused by a rubbing, irritation or pressing on the sciatic nerve such as a bulging disc in your back. It can cause pain anywhere between your buttock and your feet, typically down the outside leg. Treatment focuses on relieving nerve root compression or irritation by creating space for the nerve to run.

Shoulder and Joint Pain

Joint Pain

Joint pain can show up as stiffness, inflammation, reduced strength, or limited movement. Your chiropractor will carry out a thorough assessment to find which structures are involved and create a tailored plan. Treatment may include gentle adjustments, soft tissue techniques, and specific exercises to restore movement and strength.

Low Back Pain

Back Pain

Current professional guidelines recommend manual therapy (spinal manipulation, mobilisation or soft tissue techniques such as massage) for managing low back pain with or without sciatica, but only as part of a treatment package including exercise and patient education (NICE, 2016).

Headache and Migraine

Migraines and Headaches

Unlike traditional approaches that rely on medication, our chiropractic care offers a natural alternative. Many of our patients find that they no longer need to rely on strong medication to manage their symptoms. While the classic symptoms of migraines, such as nausea, light sensitivity, and one-sided pain, may still be present, they become significantly less intense and do not last as long.

Knee and Arthritis Pain

Arthritis

For many people with arthritis chiropractic care can help manage symptoms by keeping joints supple and reducing stiffness. Treatment focuses on improving mobility while strengthening the surrounding muscles, improving joint health and allowing them to function at their best.

Chiropractic Care

Chiropractic care is a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to the assessment and management of musculoskeletal conditions. Each patient undergoes a detailed clinical evaluation, including case history, orthopaedic and neurological examination, and movement analysis to inform an accurate diagnosis and structured treatment plan.

Care may include targeted manual therapy, joint mobilisation or manipulation, soft tissue techniques, and progressive rehabilitation strategies tailored to individual needs. The focus is on reducing pain, restoring functional capacity, improving movement quality, and supporting sustainable, long-term clinical outcomes.
